AZ to Join Legal Health Reform Challenge

The Yuma Sun is reporting that AZ Governor Jan Brewer signed a law authorizing her to hire outside counsel in an effort to join 13 other states as a plaintiff in a federal lawsuit filed in Florida’s Federal District Court. The suit challenges Congresses authority to mandate the individual purchase of health insurance.
