In a fact sheet released August 6, 2010, The National Association Community Health Centers (NACHC) highlighted that Community Health Centers are well positioned to lead the nation in revolutionizing the primary care delivery system.  They find that by 2015, health centers will save $122 billion in total health care costs over five years while servicing 40 million patients.
