In 2004-2005, nearly 10% of all low income non-citizen children with insurance did not receive preventive care, compared to 1% of all low income citizen children with insurance.
According to a 2006 Kaiser Family Foundation study, in 2004-2005, nearly 10% of all low income non-citizen children with insurance failed to receive preventive care, compared to 1% of all low income citizen children with insurance.[i]
