The Congressional Budget Office released a revised scoring estimate for H.R. 3962 – the Affordable Health Care for America Act. The revision is based on the CBO’s revised estimate regarding the effects of section 2581 of the act, which relates to the Community Living Assistance Services and Supports (CLASS) program.
