Larry McNeely | National Coalition on Health Care

Manager of Policy Communications and Advocacy
Prior to joining NCHC, Mr. McNeely worked as Federal Health Care Advocate for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group, coordinating that organization’s federal-level advocacy, communications and organizing through the national health reform debate and the first year of the law’s implementation. Mr. McNeely was previously employed with Service Employees International Union and its affiliates for seven and a half years where he helped health care workers advocate for strong patient care standards and affordable health coverage solutions in the face of rising costs. He earned a Masters of Public Administration degree from West Virginia University and studied international development and health promotion in rural India through the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Studies in International Development Program. Mr. McNeely graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland.
